Welcome! Join us as twelve seventh and eighth grade students from Brooksville travel to Anchorage and McGrath for an educational adventure that includes the 2011 Iditarod Sled Dog Race.
I was so excited to find your blog. I worked in McGrath & Unalakleet for 10 consecutive Iditarods caring for dropped dogs. I'm affectionately known as Barb "Dog Drop" for my oustanding care of the dogs. The kids I got to see each year are grown now & their families are still in McGrath.
